ABOUT US

Sean McCoy has spent the past 20 years in custom construction, beginning in his early twenties as a laborer for a generationally owned Florida construction company. From there, he worked his way through the craft, eventually building a career around luxury remodels and fully customized builds.

With a degree in Fine Arts and a background in sculpture, Sean brings a unique perspective to his work. He has a cultivated eye for proportion, detail, and the small things that make a finished space feel just right. His work is also grounded in a strong spiritual foundation, shaping the integrity, honesty, and care he brings to every project and every relationship.

When he’s not building, Sean is still tending with his hands at home, where he enjoys life with his wife and their two young children. For Sean, building has always been about creating something lasting and meaningful.

Katherine’s approach to interior design begins with the feeling a home gives you when you walk through the door.

With a natural eye for color, texture, and proportion, Katherine brings considerate touch to each space. She has a particular gift for realizing the details that make a room feel inviting, utilizing light, color, and texture to create cohesiveness throughout a home while considering the essence and style of the homeowner.

Her design perspective has grown naturally through years of creating spaces for her own family and community. A background in community organizing and building homeschool communities has given her a genuine understanding of how people gather, connect, and live together. That same instinct carries into her design work: creating homes that are beautiful, personal, and meant to be shared and enjoyed.
